Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is my favorite favorite holiday. What a wonderful time. (Although I ate too much pie… yes. There is such thing as too much pie. I wouldn’t have thought so either.) I’m so glad everyone that could come came – even if it was just for the day. I’m liking Meaning of Night ok, but it’s not really demanding my attention. What a day
Well how ’bout them Democrats. Finally.Oh the holiday season is upon me again. I finished Octavian Nothing today. It’s so excellent. Recommend it to just about anybody. Can’t wait for the second volume. I’m still working on Scurvy but I’m feeling like maybe a little contemporary fiction. Perhaps The Meaning of Night? Or there’s this little blue book on my desk at work that has “crow” in the title… hmm… Bah. Can’t remember anything – brain on overload. Best climb into bed.
New Apartment, Octavian Nothing, Scurvy
My new apartment is very very nice. Also I have a computer set up for my personal use again. (All of Andrew’s technology resides in the Doom Cave and not in the Living Area) Most of the boxes have been emptied – much of the stuff has been put away. Books are (haphazardly) on shelves.
